Get the Look – Landmark Hotel

Occa-design  recently created a fabulous new look for this old and tired 3 star lodge bringing it into the 21st century and ensuring it was awarded four start hotel status immediately on re-launch for clients BDL Select.

Taking influence from the traditional Scottish Mansion house which forms part of the hotel, our interior design scheme creates luxurious, inviting spaces mixing traditional styles and finishes with a contemporary occa-design edge.  An understated Scottish theme runs throughout the hotel from bedrooms, to public areas, to conference facilities creating a strong identity and an enticing ambience.

Three bedrooms were knocked into two to create stunnning suites and bathrooms each with their own unique finishes, specifications and comforts from luxury bathrooms to bespoke furniture pieces created in dramatic ebony and walnut just for the hotel.

Beautiful light fittings and accessories sourced from around the globe add a final layer of character and interest and none more so than the striking collection of candle holders and lanterns positioned centrally in the recption or the fabulous feature wall of many mirrors of varying shapes and sizes in the lounge bar.
