Oxford, Cambridge, Yale, Harvard and racing eights. This boat shaped bookcase unit is an exact replica of a late 19th C prow of a man of eight that cut through the waters of the inland Thames. Originally once retired these long fast wooden racers were cut up into sections and transformed into bookcases which lined the halls and bars of fraternities the world over.
