we can work with you to manage larger, more complex orders for your commercial projects. As part of the occa group, our contract sales team has significant experience of working in the hotel, leisure and commercial interiors sectors as well as large scale residential projects and they fully understand the unique demands and challenges of this type of project.
As a Trade Account, you will enjoy the benefits of a dedicated trade sales person working with you to manage your orders. They can determine pricing on a project-by-project basis for bulk quantities for you and can work with you to ensure delivery direct to your projects on time and on budget. Depending on your annual level of purchasing, they will also determine your annual trade discount and review this with you regularly.
TO APPLY FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT
Applying is simple – just email customerservice@occa-home.co.uk and provide the supporting documentation. On receipt of your application, we will complete our checks and you will be notified of your trade discount and trade account ID.
To make purchases using your trade account, email a purchase order on your company stationary to your named account manager. On receipt of your order and verification of stock and delivery options, your account manager will provide you with a onetime code to use on the website to make your purchases and apply your discount. A unique trade code is generated for each order.
Accounts will operate on a pro-forma basis for 12 months after which time a 30 day credit account will be considered. A minimum first order of £1500.00 is required and your trade discount can be applied to all orders over £500.00.
